一種基于工業(yè)應用頻段和GSM 短信平臺的多點遠程水位自動測量模式，整個系統(tǒng)由測
量現場、測量前端、監(jiān)測中心三部分組成，多個測量現場通過投入式變送器，采用同頻時序分址編碼方式傳送水位信息，接收靈敏度高，傳輸距離遠，抗干擾能力強且投入成本較少。測量前端準實時地采集監(jiān)測河段水位數據，經編碼后以GSM 短信息形式傳送到監(jiān)測中心，進行存儲、查詢、分析、統(tǒng)計。

Abstract：A long-distance and multipoint water level automatism measure system,
which is based on frequency segments in industry application and messages over GSM,
is designed. The system falls into following three parts: Surveying Locale,
Surveying Foreside, and Monitoring Center. Several Surveying Locales transfer
information of water level by Plunged Transformer with the method of Synchronous
Frequency Sequence Address Division Encoding. The system is of precision of
reception, long-distance transmission, powerful anti-noise functionality, as well
as the lower cost. Surveying Foresides can gather the semi-real-time data about the
water level from the different reaches. After being encoded, the data can be
transferred to Monitoring Center with the form of short messages over GSM, saving,
inquiring, and analyzing statistically.
