語音識別技術(shù)在新一代呼叫中心的IVR 系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本文討論了一個基
于語音識別的IVR 系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)，首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和主要模塊，之后介紹了本系統(tǒng)的難點和解決辦法。最后從識別率、魯棒性方面對該系統(tǒng)進行了測試和分析，實驗結(jié)果表明，該語音識別系統(tǒng)是穩(wěn)定的實用的。

Abstract: Speech Recognition technology is widely used in IVR system of call center. The design and implementation of an IVR system based on speech recognition are discussed in this paper. The framework and main modules of the system are introduced firstly, and then the difficulties of the system and its solution are introduced. At last the system is tested and analyzed in recognition rate and robust. The experiments show that the system is stable and practical.
